Vacancies Requiring Higher Education or Certification

The top 15 occupations in Pierce County accounted for 43% (2,705) of the total 6,269 openings.  Of those 6,269 vacancies:

  • 3% (188) of these openings were newly created,
  • 62% (3,887) were full-time,
